நாமா கேள் செயலியை ஆன்மீக சாரல் வழங்குகிறது. உங்கள் தனியுரிமை எங்களுக்கு முக்கியம். இந்தச் செயலி எந்தத் தகவலைச் சேகரிக்கிறது, ஏன் சேகரிக்கிறது, அதை நீங்கள் எப்படிக் கட்டுப்படுத்தலாம் என்பதை இந்தப் பக்கம் தெளிவாக விளக்குகிறது.

சுருக்கமாக: கணக்கு உருவாக்கத் தேவையில்லை. உங்கள் பெயர், மின்னஞ்சல், தொலைபேசி எண் எதுவும் நாங்கள் கேட்பதில்லை. செயலி எவ்வாறு பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது என்பதை அறிய, பெயர் தெரியாத (anonymous) புள்ளிவிவரங்கள் மட்டுமே சேகரிக்கப்படுகின்றன. அதையும் நீங்கள் அமைப்புகளில் நிறுத்தலாம்.

1. நாங்கள் சேகரிக்கும் தகவல்

பயன்பாட்டுத் தகவல்	எந்தப் பாடல் இயக்கப்பட்டது, அழைப்பு ஒலியாக அல்லது அலாரமாக அமைக்கப்பட்டதா, அது வெற்றியடைந்ததா, பிடித்தவை சேர்க்கப்பட்டதா, தேடல் நடந்ததா — இவை போன்ற செயல்கள்.
சாதனத் தகவல்	சாதன மாடல், Android பதிப்பு, செயலி பதிப்பு, மொழி, நாடு. இவை Firebase மூலம் தானாகச் சேகரிக்கப்படுகின்றன.
செயலிழப்பு அறிக்கை	செயலி நின்றுவிட்டால், பிழையைச் சரிசெய்யத் தேவையான தொழில்நுட்பத் தகவல்.
பாடல் கோரிக்கை	"பாடல் கோரிக்கை" படிவத்தில் நீங்கள் தட்டச்சு செய்யும் கலைஞர் பெயர் மற்றும் பாடல் பெயர் மட்டும்.

2. நாங்கள் சேகரிக்காதவை

உங்கள் பெயர், மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி, தொலைபேசி எண்
உங்கள் தொடர்புகள் (contacts)
உங்கள் இருப்பிடம் (GPS location)
விளம்பர அடையாள எண் (Advertising ID)
நீங்கள் தேடிய வார்த்தைகள் — எத்தனை எழுத்துகள், எத்தனை முடிவுகள் கிடைத்தன என்ற எண்ணிக்கை மட்டுமே பதிவாகிறது; தேடிய சொல் பதிவாவதில்லை
உங்கள் சாதனத்தில் உள்ள படங்கள், கோப்புகள் அல்லது பிற பாடல்கள்

உங்கள் பிடித்தவை மற்றும் சமீபத்தில் கேட்டவை உங்கள் தொலைபேசியில் மட்டுமே சேமிக்கப்படுகின்றன. அவை எங்களுக்கு அனுப்பப்படுவதில்லை. செயலியை நீக்கினால் அவையும் நீங்கிவிடும்.

3. ஏன் சேகரிக்கிறோம்

எந்தப் பாடல்கள் பயனுள்ளதாக இருக்கின்றன என்பதை அறிந்து, மேலும் நல்ல பாடல்களைச் சேர்க்க

4. யார் இதைக் கையாளுகிறார்கள்

புள்ளிவிவரங்களும் செயலிழப்பு அறிக்கைகளும் Google Firebase சேவை மூலம் செயலாக்கப்படுகின்றன. பாடல் கோரிக்கைகள் Google Sheets-இல் சேமிக்கப்படுகின்றன. ஒலிக்கோப்புகள் DigitalOcean சேவையகங்களில் உள்ளன.

5. எவ்வளவு காலம் வைத்திருக்கிறோம்

பயன்பாட்டுப் புள்ளிவிவரங்கள்: அதிகபட்சம் 14 மாதங்கள், பின் தானாக நீக்கப்படும்
செயலிழப்பு அறிக்கைகள்: சுமார் 90 நாட்கள்
பாடல் கோரிக்கைகள்: பரிசீலிக்கும் வரை

6. உங்கள் தேர்வு

செயலியில் அமைப்புகள் → பயன்பாட்டுத் தரவு என்பதை அணைத்தால், புள்ளிவிவரங்களும் செயலிழப்பு அறிக்கைகளும் அனுப்பப்படுவது உடனே நிற்கும். செயலியின் அனைத்து வசதிகளும் வழக்கம்போல் வேலை செய்யும்.

7. உங்கள் உரிமைகள்

இந்திய டிஜிட்டல் தனிநபர் தரவு பாதுகாப்பு விதிகள் (DPDP Rules, 2025) படி, உங்கள் தகவலைப் பார்க்க, திருத்த, நீக்கக் கோர, அல்லது ஒப்புதலைத் திரும்பப் பெற உங்களுக்கு உரிமை உண்டு. aanmeegasaaral@gmail.com முகவரிக்கு எழுதுங்கள். புகார் இருந்தால் இந்திய தரவு பாதுகாப்பு வாரியத்தை (Data Protection Board of India) அணுகலாம்.

8. செயலி கேட்கும் அனுமதிகள்

அனுமதி	எதற்கு
இணையம்	பாடல்களைக் கேட்கவும் பட்டியலைப் புதுப்பிக்கவும்
அமைப்புகளை மாற்ற (Modify system settings)	நீங்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுத்த நாமாவை அழைப்பு ஒலியாக அல்லது அலாரமாக அமைக்க மட்டும். வேறு எந்த அமைப்பையும் நாங்கள் மாற்றுவதில்லை.
சேமிப்பு (Android 9 மற்றும் அதற்கு முந்தையவை மட்டும்)	ஒலிக்கோப்பை உங்கள் Ringtones கோப்புறையில் சேமிக்க, இணையம் இல்லாதபோதும் அது வேலை செய்ய

இந்த அனுமதிகள் தேவைப்படும் தருணத்தில் மட்டுமே கேட்கப்படும் — செயலியைத் திறக்கும்போது அல்ல.

9. குழந்தைகள்

இந்தச் செயலி 18 வயதுக்குட்பட்டவர்களை இலக்காகக் கொண்டது அல்ல. குழந்தைகளின் தகவலை அறிந்து சேகரிப்பதில்லை.

10. மாற்றங்கள்

இந்தக் கொள்கை மாறினால், மேலே உள்ள தேதி புதுப்பிக்கப்படும். முக்கியமான மாற்றங்கள் செயலிக்குள் தெரிவிக்கப்படும்.

Naama Kel is an initiative of Aanmeega Saaral. This page explains exactly what the app collects, why, and how you can turn it off.

In short: there is no account. We never ask for your name, email, or phone number. We collect only anonymous usage statistics to understand how the app is used — and you can switch that off in Settings.

1. What we collect

Category	Detail
Usage events	Which song was played; whether a ringtone or alarm was set and whether it succeeded; favourites added or removed; that a search happened; that a song was shared.
Device information	Device model, Android version, app version, language, and country. Collected automatically by Firebase.
Crash diagnostics	Technical information needed to fix a crash — stack trace, device model, memory state.
Song requests	Only the artist name and song name you type into the Request a Song form.

2. What we do not collect

Your name, email address, or phone number
Your contacts
Your location
Your Advertising ID
The text of your searches. We record only how many characters were typed and how many results came back — never the words themselves
Photos, files, or other audio on your device

Your favourites and recently played list stay on your phone. They are never sent to us. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

3. Why we collect it

To learn which Naama are most useful, so we can add more like them
To find out which phone models the ringtone feature fails on — Android manufacturers handle this differently, and failure reports are how we fix it
To fix crashes

This data is never sold, and never used for advertising.

4. Who processes it

Usage statistics and crash reports are processed by Google Firebase. Song requests are stored in Google Sheets. Audio files are served from DigitalOcean.

5. How long we keep it

Usage statistics: up to 14 months, then deleted automatically
Crash reports: approximately 90 days
Song requests: until we have reviewed them

6. Your choice

Turning Settings → Usage data off stops analytics and crash reporting immediately. Every feature of the app continues to work normally.

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your data, and to withdraw consent. Write to aanmeegasaaral@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Permissions the app asks for

Permission	Used for
Internet	Streaming Naama and refreshing the song list
Modify system settings	Only to set your chosen Naama as the ringtone or alarm. No other system setting is ever changed.
Storage (Android 9 and older only)	Saving the audio file into your Ringtones folder so it keeps working without internet

These are requested at the moment they are needed, never on app launch.

9. Children

This app is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the date above is updated. Significant changes are announced inside the app.
